This Privacy Policy describes how JCH ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use SakuTV (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information is collected directly from you when you create an account or log in (email, user ID). Device and activity information is collected automatically when you use the App.
You may log into the App using an email/password account or via Google sign-in. If you choose social login, certain information may be provided to us by the identity provider as permitted by your account settings with that provider.
We use third-party SDKs and services for analytics and performance monitoring. These include (but are not limited to) Facebook SDK and other third-party analytics providers. Such providers may receive device information and aggregated app activity data for analytics purposes.
We do not share email addresses or user IDs with third parties for advertising purposes. Device identifiers and app activity data may be shared with analytics providers to help us understand and improve the App.
All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access; however, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymized.
